OUR CURRENT CUSTOM HOMEBUILDING PROJECTS

Referred by a friend, we worked with the owners to design a unique home that will serve a specific purpose:  A place for a parent to stay while visiting family while also housing a rental property on the second floor. The primary owners bought a run-down house next to their residence in the Old Village area of Mt. Pleasant to recycle the land and build this new home.  After working through the design in-house for a couple of months and working with the town on the zoning and design we broke ground in early 2020.

The home is very well appointed with shaker cabinetry, heavy architectural molding throughout and 5” wide white oak plank flooring. Each floors has two bedrooms and at least one bathroom with custom built-in closets, tile bathrooms and lots of natural light flowing through double hung impact resistant windows. Utilizing every inch of space was important due to the small foot print allowed by the lot. Each floor has its own private balcony to let in the cool breezes offered by the old village.
